(Doors open 1/2 hour earlier for registration only.)
Eligibility
Anyone 13 years old or older can be seen
No parental consent needed
No insurance is necessary
We ask patients to bring photo ID
Patients will be seen without photo ID but a photo ID is required to receive results
Patients are seen regardless of immigration status
Payment
Fees may be paid by cash, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. We do NOT accept American Express. A fee will be charged for credit or debit card use. Prices for services are subject to change. Effective 6/13/2019, the health department no longer accepts personal checks.

Covid-19 Protocol
Not offering full examinations until further notice
Will provide screening for people with symptom of HIV, Syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea
Follow up appointments will be made with those who test positive
Patients must have a face covering
All patients and visitors will be asked screening questions and have their temperatures taken
There will be a limit on the number of people allowed in the waiting room
